7 Ways To Stay Healthy in Busy Schedules

 In the busy world of today , it is very difficult to maintain one's health. So here are 7 ways which will help us in keeping our physical and mental health.

1.WALK THE TALK

Make walking part of your life. Walk everywhere , walk while you take a call , park your car a few meter away from your office , take the stairs instead of elevator . Don't make the " I don't have the time to exercise" excuse again.


2.GET SOME SUNSHINE

Go bask in the sun , let sunlight fall on your exposed skin.We are designed to get vitamin D from the sun , our bodies absorb the sun's energy and make vitamin D.


3.EAT A FRUIT

Fruits have a wonderful vitamins and minerals; eat atleast 1 fruit per day.Follow one color a day norm , for ex , if you choose to eat green , then eat green apple , same applies to other colors.

smoking does not do you any good.We have heard so much about the harmful effects of smoking and the carcinogens that come packed in cigarettes, but we still make excuses for smoking. The best time to quit smoking was yesterday ,the second best time is today.

Drink adequate water.Water is an elixir for good health , skin and  hair, it is much better for your hair and skin than the expensive products. Drink enough water and it will help you shed off those extra kilos.

Do at least one child like activity every day. Jump around , make a boat , sing in the shower , hop , skip and jump. Beat stress the smart way , watch and learn from children.


7.SLEEP WELL

Sleep is underrated , getting adequate amount of sleep is the key in maintaining your health. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep. The more you sleep , the productive you will be.
